Presentations Catering Company wants to assure you and your guests have a wonderful experience. We also cater to any company's needs and budget. Call us for a free quote for your next business meeting, gathering or event and we can help you make it successful, affordable and done just the way you want. All pricing will be quoted at the time of your inquiry. We request you provide us with a minumum of 72 hours notice for corporate events so that we may ensure premium quality and availability. The sample menus and prices quoted are intended as a general guide and do not reflect fthe full range of possibilities we can offer. We welcome your suggestions so special menus can be created to meet the particular needs of your event.
Payment is expected prior to event unless credit or billing arrangements have been made in advance. A security deposit may be required on some events or special functions. We offer quality paper products and condiments with all menu selections. The upgrade to plastic or china can be arranged upon request, but will increase your per person charge.

ESTIMATES & GUARANTEES
When booking a catering reservation, an attendance estimate is requested. This is approximately how many people you think will be attending your event. The attendance quarantee, wich is required seven days prior to event, is the actual number of people that will be there. Major changes within the final 72 hours (3 days proir to the day of the event) may not be possible to accommodate in every situation. Accurate guarantees are essentiaal since, in accordance with standard catering procedures, only a quantity sufficient to serve 5% in excess of the quarantee is prepared. So please provide attendance guarantees carefully, and remember that the final charge will be based on the guarantee or actual attendance number, whichever is higher.
If a cancellation is necessary, please inform us in writing no later than 7 days prior to the event. Since some food & equipment items are prepared or ordered in advance, charges may still be incurred. If cancellation is made within three days of the event, full charges for food and labor and rentals, if any, will be charged.
DELIVERY, SET UP & BREAKDOWN CHARGES
A delivery, breakdown and/or set up charge of $50.00 or 10% of the total event will be incurred for events that require special set up, breakdown or are outside the local delivery area.
If you request waitperson service (someone to set up, serve, cleanup and/or breakdown your event) there will be an additional cahrge of $20.00 per hor per person with a 4 hour minimum. You should figure on approximately one server needed for each 20-25 guests at your event.
FLOWERS & LINENS
Bud Vase Arrangements, Formal Centerpieces, Linen Napkins, Banquet Linen Tablecloths, Papaer Tableclothes and Table Skirting available upon request.
Upon request, catering equipment can be left after the event on site. The sponsering organization or individual is responsible for care of the equipment in the interim. If equipment is missing or damages, cost will be incurred.
